1 Introduction

3 Account Usage

Your telur88 account is personal and may not be shared, transferred or sold to any other party. You are fully responsible for the security of your password and login information.

• Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify telur88 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• telur88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

telur88 supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

telur88 offers various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions that must be met. The following are the general terms applicable to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500.

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus or winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM200. Account balance becomes RM300. The total amount to be wagered is RM200 × 10 = RM2,000.
• Second example: A deposit of RM600 yields a bonus of RM500 (maximum limit). Account balance becomes RM1,100. The required wagering total is RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.
• The bonus is only eligible to be credited once per new member.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the telur88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games — are subject to their respective rules set by the game developers and telur88.

• Game results are final and cannot be appealed once a transaction is completed.
• Any technical fault or network disruption during a game session will be resolved based on valid server transaction records.
